Our Commitment To Children At Redwood Hills Church children are important to us! RHC is a place where kids are excited to come, eager to see their friends, and enjoy learning about God in a safe and fun environment. It is our desire to provide age-appropriate classes that will help bring your child to a closer friendship with God. We are partners with you in your child's development. Let us know if there is any area of Children's Ministry in which you would like to volunteer - as together we lead children on an exciting God-journey! Our Philosophy Excellence-We ask that every teacher and helper be prepared and excited to share God's unconditional love with every child who enters our church. Modeling a Christ-Like Life-Children are always watching and learning from us. With this in mind we encourage our teachers to do everything with a positive God-honoring attitude. Making Church Fun-In Jesus' day, hanging out with Him was wild and exciting! People came from miles around just to see Him and see what He was up to. We strive to make church a place for kids and adults to have fun learning about God and each other. Kids World is a place designed just for kids. Children learn about a living, personal, everyday relationship with Jesus through love, example and teaching - so we have packed our service with great activities and a ton fun - all from a team of experienced volunteers who love Christ and kids! Our ultimate goal is to bring children into a closer relationship with God while allowing them to have fun and be kids.
We present the Bible truths with scripture, singing, teaching, drama, puppetry, video, games, memory verse, and small group discussion. We build our own curriculum around the needs of our Kids and utilize other published curriculum where it fits our needs. We present biblical truths for kids that they can apply today! Our program includes singing, Bible lessons, memory verses, crafts, and playtime! Children learn that Jesus loves and cares for them. The age-appropriate interactive setting for our program capitalizes on the child's needs to experience life with all their senses. Every parent is assigned a security ID card with matching numbers so we can notify you electronically if your child needs you during the service. (Infants-2 Yr) We love babies! We look forward to caring for the littlest ones of our church. Our outstanding caregivers provide each baby with a clean, safe, and healthy experience.
